The restaurant opened in 2018, opening its second home in 2019. The lunch and dinner menu includes breaded cauliflower “thighs” ($5.50), delicious spinach croquettes ($1.95), and even the famous Boneless à Lagareiro ($10.45).

This restaurant specializes in vegan desserts, but goes much further. And the best, it has incredible dishes in honor of the Portuguese cuisine, such as the Francesinha do Porto, affectionately called Francesinha do 26 ($15.00).
One of the most interesting dishes is the Seitan Steak (13,00€), which at first glance is identical to a real animal meat steak. You can also enjoy the new vegan brunch every weekend starting at 10am.

It seems impossible, but yes, in Lisbon we have a 100% vegan hamburger restaurant! Mother Burger offers delicious options like the Burger Your Mamma ($7.98), made with crispy seitan, and the Burger Queen ($7.98), made with black beans, chickpeas, vegan cheddar, and caramelized onions.
And the burger joint doesn’t just stick to burgers, it also includes nuggets, spicy “cheese” balls, pastry options, hot drinks, and cream puffs on its menu. You can enjoy a delicious meal on the terrace, which is perfect for sipping cocktails.
